Payment for Services
Payment for services is due at the end of every session and a receipt will be given when payment is received. Please retain this receipt for your insurance or income tax claims, if applicable. In many cases extended health insurance (similar to what helps with dental visits or prescription costs) may pay for your visits. For example, in London Ontario the University of Western Ontario student health plan pays for $500 of treatment provided by our psychologists. Check with your insurance provider for coverage.
Generally clients pay for their sessions at the end of each visit. In this way, the account remains manageable and counselling becomes a naturally budgeted expense. Your fee will be discussed with you by our Client Care Coordinator prior to your first visit and you will be advised before hand if any changes are made to the fee. All efforts are made to provide affordable psychological and counselling services. Currently our fee schedule ranges from $175.00 to $250.00 per hour depending on the services provided and the counsellor assigned. Fees may be paid by cash, debit, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.
