OSR Clinics (“OSR Clinics,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. It also explains how we use SMS/text messaging for appointments and marketing—only with consent (no cold texting).

    • RingCentral (our SMS/communications platform) for sending and receiving business text messages and maintaining delivery/opt-out records

    • Scheduling/booking systems, CRM systems, cloud hosting providers, and analytics providers (where used)

    • Payment processors (where used)

  • Professional advisors (e.g., legal/accounting) under confidentiality obligations

  • Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required or permitted by law

We do not sell your personal information.

 
4) SMS/Text Messaging (Appointments + Marketing — Consent Only)

OSR Clinics uses SMS/text messaging for:

  • Appointments: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and service updates

  • Marketing: promotions, service announcements, and other marketing communications only if you have opted in
    We do not send cold SMS marketing messages.

Opting out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or equivalent). We will action unsubscribe requests without delay and in any event within 10 business days.
